Roles and responsibilities:
  • Handle full set of accounts for SME clients
  • Knowledge on use of Quickbooks accounting software
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Prepare Management Accounts
  • Prepare financial statements
  • Prepare tax computations
  • Corporate tax return filing
  • Personal income tax filing for sole proprietorship
  • Form P filing for partnerships
  • Prepare goods and services tax computations
  • GST return filing
  • Additional knowledge on XBRL filing and preparing consolidated accounts would be good


Requirements:
  • Diploma in accountancy / Degree in Accounting / Ongoing ACCA / ACCA graduates / LCCI Higher
  • Experience in using accounting software(s)
  • Team player
  • Patient and meticulous
  • Has good time management skills in order to meet tight deadlines when required
  • Able to work indpendently and take initiative when required
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to speak Mandarin is an advantage (to liaise with Chinese speaking clients)
