Job Description

As a Business Development Assistant, you will gain hands-on experience in business development, with responsibilities spanning sales, operations, and strategic support. Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting the manager with business development efforts.
• Supporting the sales cycle and assisting in closing deals with hotel clients.
• Maintaining and expanding a network of key contacts in the Singapore and regional hospitality industry.
• Working closely with the Business Development Manager to align on business strategy.
• Assisting with operations-related tasks.
• Supporting any other ad-hoc assignments as required.

Key Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or equivalent.
• Good understanding of hotel operations and business.
• Strong communication and execution skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively.
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to complete assigned tasks on time.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in Chinese (written and spoken) is preferred.
• Experience with image editing software (e.g., Photoshop) is a plus.
