Accounts Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with bookkeeping, accounting data entry and record-keeping

• Process invoices, payments and expenses accurately

- Support payroll processing, CPF Contribution, IR8A

• Assist in bank reconciliations and financial matters

- Prepare accounting schedules

• Handle data entry and maintain financial documents

• Assists in ad-hoc accounting related duties as required

Requirements:

• LCCI/Diploma in Accounting, or a related field

- Fresh Graduates from "O" level / "A" level with POA / equivalent are welcome to apply

• Prior experience in an accounting related field is advantageous

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Accounting software (eg. QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn, attention to details

- Self-motivated, independent and pro-active

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skill
