About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Assistant (Trade Support) to assist with settlement and administrative functions in our global trading operations. If you're organized, numbers-driven, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we welcome you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end settlement process for international trade transactions
• Verify shipping documents, invoices, and payment instructions
• Communicate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely settlements
• Track payment timelines and follow up on discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records and assist in generating reports
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and standard procedures

Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting, Business, or related field
• At least 1 year of experience in accounting, trade support, or finance operations
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Effective communication skills, especially in a cross-border setting
• Prior exposure to trading or logistics is an advantage but not a must
