Job Title: Investment Sales Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and client-focused Investment Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, delivering tailored investment solutions, and driving revenue through the sale of financial products and services. Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively generate new business through cold calling, referrals, networking, and follow-ups
• Conduct detailed financial needs analyses and risk assessments to understand client goals and recommend appropriate investment strategies
• Present and sell a variety of investment products such as mutual funds, stocks, bonds, annuities, retirement accounts, and portfolio management services
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and periodic portfolio reviews
• Stay informed of market conditions, product changes, and economic trends affecting investment decisions
• Work collaboratively with internal departments, including research, compliance, and operations, to deliver exceptional client service
• Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions in CRM systems
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets, KPIs, and compliance standards
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory and internal compliance requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum Education of Diploma from Local (Singapore) Polytechnics only or Recognised Degree in any field or equivalent

• Proven experience in investment or financial product sales will be good to have
• Strong understanding of financial instruments, capital markets, and investment strategies
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales goals
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and financial planning tools
• CMFAS required, or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
