Ramakrishna Mission Sarada Kindergarten is looking for an admin/accounts assistant to support our daily operations and financial processes.

- Handle administrative tasks such as managing records, preparing memos and assisting parents with their enquiries.
- Manage kindergarten accounts, including fee collection, invoicing, and expense tracking.
- Process payments, handle petty cash, and reconcile bank statements.
- Maintain student and staff records with confidentiality and accuracy.
- Ensure smooth daily operations of the kindergarten office.
- 5 day week (requried to work on selected Saturdays during events)
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Prior experience in an administrative role, preferably in an educational setting.
- Basic accounting knowledge and experience with bookkeeping, invoicing, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, MYOB, or similar).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
