Ramakrishna Mission, The
Ramakrishna Mission Sarada Kindergarten is looking for an admin/accounts assistant to support our daily operations and financial processes.

Job Description
  • Handle administrative tasks such as managing records, preparing memos and assisting parents with their enquiries.
  • Manage kindergarten accounts, including fee collection, invoicing, and expense tracking.
  • Process payments, handle petty cash, and reconcile bank statements.
  • Maintain student and staff records with confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Ensure smooth daily operations of the kindergarten office.
  • 5 day week (requried to work on selected Saturdays during events)

Requirements:
  • Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in an administrative role, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Basic accounting knowledge and experience with bookkeeping, invoicing, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, MYOB, or similar).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
