- Oversee local and regional sales, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
- Analyze sales data and operational reports to project performance, determine profitability, and identify new market opportunities.
- Plan and direct the hiring, onboarding, and training of new Sales Representatives.
- Identify and analyze customer preferences to optimize sales strategy and efforts.
- Establish discount rates and pricing schedules aligned with market demands and company goals.
- Identify and pursue emerging markets and new sales opportunities.
- Set and monitor sales quotas for the team, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Resolve customer complaints and operational issues to ensure a seamless sales process.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop effective sales strategies and goals.
- Prepare sales budgets and monitor departmental expenses for cost-effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of B2B sales experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a sales or business development role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Will be required to engage Chinese Channel Partners.
- Proven negotiation and customer service expertise.
- Strong supervisory and leadership capabilities.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Entrepreneurial and problem-solving mindset.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive, or similar productivity tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; willingness to work on weekends when required.
- Willing and able to travel overseas for sales meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
- A degree in any discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
