Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Business Development Manager to lead the development of the Ukrainian market, with a focus on post-war reconstruction initiatives involving crane operations and heavy lifting solutions.

This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with local and international stakeholders, and contributing to long-term growth in a rapidly evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities in Ukraine.
2. Establish partnerships with government bodies, NGOs, and private sector players.
3. Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and project plans.
5. Represent the company in relevant trade shows, conferences, and business missions.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in business development, ideally in international or reconstruction markets.
2. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
3. Ability to work independently and adapt in a dynamic environment.
4. Willingness to travel as required.
