We're Hiring: Business Development, Director – Logistics & Supply Chain Solutions

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for building strong client partnerships and driving growth? We’re looking for an experienced Business Development, Director to join our team and lead expansion across high-impact sectors including Fashion, Technology, Data Centres, Spare Parts Logistics, Reverse Logistics, and Rack & Stack services within the APAC regions  ( Singapore, Hong Kong, China , Japan and Australia)

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across targeted verticals or industries 

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders

• Work closely with operations and solutions teams to deliver customized 3PL service offerings

• Manage the full business development cycle—from lead generation to contract closure

• Stay ahead of market trends and client needs to deliver insight-driven solutions

What We’re Looking For:

• Min 5 years , proven track record in business development within the 3PL or logistics/supply chain industry

• Strong domain knowledge in the sectors : Fashion, Technology, Data Centres, Spare Parts, Reverse Logistics, Rack & Stack

• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

• A results-driven, strategic mindset with the ability to execute hands-on

• Self-motivated and collaborative with cross-functional teams
