Position: Business Development Manager - Singapore & Malaysia Region
Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement mid-to-long-term business development strategies for the Singapore and Malaysia region, aligned with the company's overall direction. Design and promote channel policies and partnership programs; establish a comprehensive channel framework and operational processes; formulate incentive and reward schemes for partners.
2. Build, maintain, and optimize strong relationships with channel partners in the SG & MY region. Enhance partner engagement and drive deeper business collaboration to support sustainable growth.
3. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape. Continuously monitor changes in overseas markets and adjust partnership strategies accordingly.
4. Lead the planning and execution of marketing and promotional initiatives to expand market presence and promote company products and services. Identify, recruit, and develop new business partners; coordinate internal resources to support partner success.
5. Provide product and business enablement for channel partners to enhance their capabilities and drive sales performance. Lead and mentor the regional business development team to improve overall effectiveness and results.
Qualifications:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above.
2. Experience: At least 5 years of experience in business development or channel management within the IT or related industries. Experience with major tech companies such as Hikvision, Sangfor, Huawei, ZTE, Cisco, HP, or similar is highly preferred.
3. Demonstrated success in overseas channel development, partnership management, and strategic business growth.
4. Professional Skills:
• Strong understanding of IT industry trends and channel ecosystems.
• Proficient in channel strategy, business negotiations, and partner relationship management.
• Strong market insight and analytical capabilities.
5. Core Competencies:
• Highly responsible and self-motivated, with the ability to perform under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strategic thinker with innovative problem-solving abilities.
• Strong command of English for both written and verbal communication.
