Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify Potential Customers: Research and qualify leads from schools, libraries, research organizations, and individual researchers to expand our customer base.
• Customer Outreach: Reach out to potential customers via email, phone calls, and online platforms to introduce our research content and uncover their needs.
• Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging virtual demos to showcase the features and benefits of our research products, helping prospects understand their value and how they align with their needs.
• Industry Awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments, identifying new sales opportunities to drive business growth and improve product offerings.
• Tech-Savvy: Leverage technology and digital tools (CRM, email marketing, video conferencing, etc.) to manage leads, track sales activities, and streamline communication with prospects.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Coachable: Open to learning new sales techniques, improving product knowledge, and adapting to feedback.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using digital tools and technologies, including CRM systems, email platforms, and virtual meeting tools to enhance productivity and customer interactions.
