Regional Business Development Manager(Aerospace Component Parts)

About the Company

Our client is a leading European manufacturer and global supplier of aerospace components.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track, identify, and analyze business trends
  • Achieve annual financial targets, including sales revenue and EBIT
  • Participate in industry events, workshops, exhibitions, and other company functions as required
  • Define the global strategic plan for customer segments and markets
  • Identify, develop and manage strategic partnerships with customers, partners and suppliers
  • Propose and negotiate contract terms with clients

Key Requirements
  • Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Aerospace Engineering
  • Min 8 years of sales experience in aviation / aerospace electrical component sales (cable / wire harness / interconnects / connectors / switches)
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., MS Dynamics), Power BI, and MS Office Suite
  • Able to travel to overseas for work assignment (about 25%-50%)
