The Role:
We're looking for a Business Development Specialist to grow our Corporate Insurance portfolio. You'll identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with prospects and clients, and work closely with our underwriting and account management teams to deliver tailored insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the small-to-mid corporate sector.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through research, networking, and outreach.
• Present and promote insurance products and services to decision-makers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop client-specific proposals and strategies.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

What You Bring:

• 1+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in insurance, financial services, or a related field.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and risk management concepts is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build trust and credibility with senior-level decision-makers.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently.
