Export Airfreight Executive | Up to $3.8k | 5 Days | Changi

Working Day: Mon - Fri 9am to 6pm | Sat 9am -1pm (After Probation alt sat)
Working Location: Changi Airfreight Centre
Salary: $3500 - 3800

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full set of export airfreight documentation including HAWB (House Air Waybill), MAWB (Master Air Waybill), invoices, packing lists, and permits
• Arrange bookings with airlines and co-loaders, and ensure space confirmation
• Coordinate with overseas agents, airline representatives, and internal departments to ensure timely uplift of cargo
• Monitor flight schedules, cargo readiness, and ensure all documentation is submitted accurately and on time
• Ensure proper customs clearance procedures and compliance with relevant export regulations
• Track and trace export shipments, proactively provide updates to customers, and resolve delays or discrepancies
• Prepare and verify export billing, ensure costing is accurately reflected, and handle supplier invoices
• Maintain and update shipment records in the freight management system
• Build and maintain good working relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Support the Export Manager in process improvements and ad hoc operational tasks

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in airfreight export operations
• Strong knowledge of airfreight documentation, airline booking procedures, and customs/export regulations
• Familiar with Singapore customs procedures and systems (e.g., Tradenet, Cargo Community Network)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with freight forwarding software (e.g., CargoWise, Cargowise One, or equivalent)
