We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive business growth. This role focuses on securing new business opportunities.

Main Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing new business partnerships in Singapore, establish and manage our partnerships with local professional services providers for business referrals.
• Develop strategic partnerships with local industry associations, business organizations and other relevant organizations in Singapore to facilitate the expansion of the company's referral services.
• Formulate and implement business development plans for the Singapore market to ensure that they are in line with the company's business growth objectives in the market.

Requirements:

• Possess a recognised Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development in management consultancy services
• Strong business network and proven ability to secure business engagements
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in financial services is a plus
