Responsibilities:
Telemarketing & Lead Generation
✅ Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, introducing company products/services.
✅ Follow up on leads, inquiries, and past customers to generate appointments and conversions.
✅ Maintain an updated database of contacts, ensuring effective pipeline management.
✅ Handle objections and provide accurate product/service information professionally.
Business Development & Sales
✅ Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand our market reach.
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
✅ Attend networking events, corporate meetings, and industry trade shows to generate leads.
✅ Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategic sales approaches and campaigns.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
✅ Track call outcomes, customer feedback, and sales performance.
✅ Provide regular reports on lead conversion rates and business development activities.
Requirements:
✔ Experience in telemarketing, business development, or sales.
✔ Strong communication and persuasion skills, with a confident and professional phone presence.
✔ Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
✔ Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
✔ Ability to multitask and handle client objections effectively.
✔ Experience with CRM software or lead management tools is a plus.
✔ Fresh graduates are welcome! Training will be provided.
