Job Description
• Drive efforts to achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively onboarding clients and fostering strong client relationships.
• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients (employers/business associations) with follow up emails
• Research and identify new leads online
• Support employer onboarding and provide customer service
• Maintain relationships with employers through regular communication

Requirements
• A strong affinity for interpersonal communication and relationship building.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive approach to identifying innovative solutions and opportunities for engagement.

Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 8:30am to 5:30pm

Contract Period: 6 months commitment
