- Work closely with country managers and coordinate with functional heads to prepare budgets and sales strategies to achieve sales objectives, market share, and brand image.
- Coordinate with Paris headquarters for the Fine Jewelry & Timepieces merchandises including participate in buying trips, construct product assortments, arrange stock replenishment & transfers and follow up ATA Carnets.
- Support country managers to monitor store operations which include visual merchandising, stock management, in-store promotion, inventory control and security.
- Facilitate sales during different client development activities or treatments both instore and in outside venues.
- Track sales and KPIs for all stores and provide constructive feedback to Country Managers and work with them for action plans.
- Develop training plans, provide necessary training to improve product knowledge and selling techniques and coaching to the retail team to boost sales and improve client experience.
- Support boutique managers in recruitment, staff development and performance management.
