We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Duties and Responsibilities
• \tDevelop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
• \tConduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
• \tArrange business meetings with prospective clients
• \tPromote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives
• \tPrepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
• \tKeep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
• \tProvide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
• \tBuild long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• \tDevelop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
Requirements and Qualifications
• \tExperience in customer support is a plus
• \tMarket knowledge
• \tGood negotiation skills
• \tTime management and planning skills
• \tAbility to work well under pressure.
• \tKnowledge of the latest technology and trends within the industry.
• \tGood interpersonal skills.
• \t Strong communication and presentation skills.
• \t Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• \t Ability to conduct thorough research.
• \tAbility to work independently and as part of a team.
• \t Strong problem-solving skills.
• \tWillingness to stay updated on industry trends.
• \tExperience in training and mentoring staff.
• \tDegree or Diploma or minimum three years relevant work experience
• \tAble to work early mornings, nights, and weekends
