Responsibilities
Requirements
- Maintain the CRM system.
- Source for potential leads in the CRM system and cold-call potential and existing customers.
- Assist to check online portal for tender release.
- Route potential opportunities to the Business Development team.
- Maintain and upkeep database on Confirmed Project Track Record and On-going project record.
- Ensure Testimonials, client references etc are up to date.
- Be exposed to market sentiments via available online sources, newspaper etc.
- Other duties as assigned by the superior.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in corporate office interior design industry.
- Degree in Interior Design, Marketing or Business Administration.
- Have the drive to constantly solicit new business opportunities.
