Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the company's revenue growth by achieving targeted sales volumes and goals within expected sales margins.
  • Present and promote the brand's products to prospective customers effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their corporate needs.
  • Analyse market trends to establish competitive advantages.
  • Track performance metrics to ensure sales targets are met.
  • Craft compelling business proposals and quotations for prospective clients.
  • Manage and assist with contract projects and deliveries.
  • Support the preparation for product launches and events.
  • Identify and manage brand or product collaboration opportunities.
  • Undertake additional sales and marketing duties as required.

Job Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Marketing or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably within the Interior Design or Hospitality industry, with a proven track record in revenue growth.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise with individuals at all levels.
  • A responsible team player with integrity, self-motivation, and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Presentable and well-dressed, reflecting our brand's image.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take ownership of assigned tasks.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
  • Willingness to work occasional weekends.
  • Remuneration will be commensurate with experience, including an attractive commission scheme.
