We're looking for a self-starting, energetic individual to join our team in a flexi-time, work-from-home position (4-5 days/week) to lead and support business development and marketing efforts across B2B and B2C channels. You'll play a vital role in planning and executing initiatives to grow brand presence, expand into new markets, and promote our products to a wider audience.

This role suits someone who is entrepreneurial, independent, and eager to wear multiple hats - from digital marketing and brand campaigns to retailer management and markets development.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Marketing

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (web, SEO, email, social media)
• Manage our presence across digital platforms and oversee content creation

2. Brand Management & Marketing Campaigns

• Drive initiatives to enhance brand visibility and engagement
• Conceptualize and launch marketing and trade marketing campaigns
• Identify advertising, sponsorship, and brand partnership opportunities

3. Business Development

• Maintain and grow relationships with distributors and retail partners, both online and offline
• Identify and pursue new distribution and sales opportunities
• Support regulatory registration and market entry processes

4. Events Management

• Identify and manage participation in events/exhibitions for awareness and lead generation
• Represent the brand at events-engaging with customers and closing leads

5. Supplier Management

• Work alongside Logistics team to liaise with vendors and suppliers for manufacturing runs and development of packaging

6. Administrative & Logistics Support

• Occasionally assist with warehouse coordination and logistics during leave coverage only
