Responsibilities

• Spearhead business development initiatives across Singapore and the broader Southeast Asia region.
• Craft tailored strategies and business plans for each target market segment, supported by actionable steps.
• Champion the company's offerings to key stakeholders, keeping them updated on new products and solutions.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities to drive sustainable growth.
• Secure company listings on bid/vendor registries of end-users, consultants, EPCs, and government agencies.
• Identify and engage in strategic projects in collaboration with key industry players and agencies.
• Lead negotiations and secure wins on priority projects with direct clients.
• Support product and solution development that meets customer-specific requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to analyze market intelligence and assess current strengths and gaps.

Requirements

• A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Min. 6 years' experience in sales or business development, ideally within Southeast Asia.
• In-depth knowledge of at least one of the following sectors: Utilities, Buildings/Data Centers, Oil & Gas/Petrochemicals, Renewables, or Infrastructure.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and negotiation skills, with a proactive team-oriented approach.
• Proven ability to present effectively to diverse stakeholders and manage cross-cultural relationships.
• Background in project management or consulting will be a distinct advantage.
