Job Description
  • Prepare full set of accounts for clients based on all accounting documents, reports and statements provided by clients
  • Prepare quarterly GST returns and submit for clients
  • Prepare financial statement for annual personal income tax for clients
  • Collaborate with the corporate secretarial and audit staff
  • Answer customer questions about accounting and GST matters
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with customers
  • Manage and update the accounting database
  • Occasionally prepare and submit to ACRA corporate secretarial records, such as resolutions, incorporation of companies, annual returns and other secretarial matters

Job Requirements
  • Self-driven and take initiative to do things with minimal supervision
  • Knowledge to do research in Internet to find answers
  • Strong communication skills, both writing and oral
  • Team player
  • Able to work under pressure and deadlines
  • Able to work overtime when necessary to meet deadlines
  • Highly organized and good planner
  • Able to finalise a set of accounting record from start to the end
  • Numerical, sensitive to numbers
  • Ability to analyse and interpret financial data
