We're looking for a sharp, strategic, and relationship-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team and drive revenue growth through new partnerships and market opportunities.

What You'll Do:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, especially in the insurance, TPA, and banking sectors.
- Develop and execute strategic plans that align with company goals and drive long-term success.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Ops) to align business efforts with product capabilities.
- Track market trends, conduct competitor analysis, and refine go-to-market strategies.
- Represent Care at industry events, meetings, and partner engagements.
- Prepare and deliver impactful proposals and presentations to potential clients.
- Report regularly to senior leadership on pipeline progress and strategic insights.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in healthtech, fintech, insurance, or a related space.
- Comfortable understanding and discussing tech-based products and services.
- Prior experience working with or selling into insurance, TPA, or banking channels is a big plus.
Success in This Role Looks Like:
- Building meaningful partnerships and closing at least 2 deals within your first 6-12 months.
- Creating and executing scalable strategies that support both short-term wins and long-term growth.
