Job Title: Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies across the company's key service areas:

▸ Human Resources Services

▸ Educational and Cultural Exchange Programs

▸ Adult Group Training and Short-term Study Tours

▸ Overseas Internship Programs

• Identify and secure new business opportunities and partnerships locally and overseas
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, educational institutions, and government bodies
• Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trends monitoring
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution
• Achieve assigned business development and partnership targets

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, Human Resource Management, Education, or related fields
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or partnership roles
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to liaise effectively with Chinese and international partners
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently
• Familiarity with human resource services or education & training sectors is preferred
