Job Responsibilities
Requirements
- Contribute to the overall strategy of Just Produce, supporting its long-term growth and positioning within the industry.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share, drive revenue, and strengthen customer relationships.
- Set and achieve revenue targets, manage budgets, and track key performance metrics.
- Provide leadership to the Sales team, implementing frameworks and processes such as the sales pipeline and pricing master list to maximize efficiency and profitability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (or equivalent experience) preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, and marketing with a strong focus on product knowledge.
- Experience working in startups and local companies.
- Proven ability to manage multiple sales channels, including HORECA, Modern Trade, Online Retail, B2B, and B2C.
