Business Development Executive (IT Software)

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Own and grow the P&L of the product by using various sales channels.
  • Develop business growth drivers and risks, create and execute multi-quarter plans to achieve growth goals, and help clients to meet their business goals.
  • Actively seek opportunities to upsell and cross-sell to existing customers.
  • Establish credibility with C-level clients and executive partner stakeholders and serve as a trusted consultant to optimize and expand their business.
  • Proactively hunt for new opportunities in the current and new customer base.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales and support teams to generate inbound leads.
  • Obtaining referrals from current clientele to widen the sales pipeline.
  • Structure a clear, long-term joint strategy between HCLSoftware and clients.

Attributes & Skills
  • Master Degree in Business or any relavant field.
  • Internship or some working knowledge in IT Software Sales.
  • Clarity of thought, sincerity of action.
  • Good understanding of the end-to-end B2B process with client management skills to negotiate win-win deals with our customers.
  • Strategic thinking, with the ability to generate and prioritize leads based on financial modeling and logical reasoning.
  • Technical inclination and ability to build value propositions for customers.
