What You'll Do
- B2B Sales & Client Acquisition - Identify and secure corporate clients, HR teams, and marketing decision-makers to drive event bookings.
- Proposal Development & Pitching - Develop customized event proposals and present compelling solutions to potential clients.
- Relationship Management - Build and maintain long-term corporate partnerships that lead to repeat business and referrals.
- Revenue & Target Achievement - Consistently meet and exceed sales KPIs with a focus on new business generation and account growth.
- Market & Competitor Analysis - Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities to refine sales strategies.
- Networking & Lead Generation - Attend corporate networking events, trade shows, and business forums to expand the company's reach.
- CRM & Pipeline Management - Maintain a structured sales pipeline and reporting system to track leads, conversions, and revenue growth.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in business development, corporate sales, or event sales.
- Proven ability to close high-value deals (5-6 figures) with corporate clients.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in pitching event solutions and creating tailored proposals.
- Self-driven, highly motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales automation systems.
- Bonus: Existing corporate network in HR, marketing, and enterprise sales.
