Job Description & Key Responsibilities
• \tDuties and responsibilities as Business Development Manager apply to Singapore, as well as the rest of the Southeast Asia region
• \tBuild up strategy/business plan for each targeted market segment and develop specific action plans
• \tPromote LS ELECTRIC to key stakeholders and keep them abreast of the latest product & solution offerings
• \tDevelop and maintain pipelines of opportunities for business growth
• \tGet LS ELECTRIC listed on bid/vendor lists of targeted end users, government agencies, consultants, EPCs, etc.
• \tIdentify strategic projects with end users, government agencies, consultants, EPCs, etc.
• \tNegotiate and win opportunities directly with customers on targeted projects
• \tDrive and support product & solution development efforts that address customer needs
• \tSupport analysis of strengths & weaknesses of current business and market intelligence process with respective teams
• \tAd-hoc duties task by Managing Director
Qualifications:
• \tDegree in electrical engineering preferred or equivalent
• \t5+ years of experience in sales/business development preferable in South East Asia
• \tSolid understanding of the undertakings and applications in one or more of the following segments - Utilities, Building/Data Center, Oil & Gas/Petrochemical, Renewables, Infrastructure
• \tHigh level of communication readiness, interpersonal skills, analytical skills, team orientation, resilience, and social competence
• \tExcellent presentation and negotiation skills Intercultural experience and sensitivity
• \tExperience on project or consultancy preferred
