• Basic $5500 - $8500 + $1100 Transport Allowance
• Mon to Fri: 9.00am - 6.00pm
• Location: Changi North
• Permanent Role + VB + 15AL

Job Responsibilities:

• Create and execute sales strategies aligned with company capabilities and trade lanes to achieve sales targets.
• Build a strong pipeline to identify and win new customer opportunities, ensuring effective execution of win plans.
• Establish and maintain a network of customer contacts to build trust and strong relationships.
• Develop strategies to create value-adding partnerships with customers and convert opportunities into actionable plans.
• Monitor market trends, supply and demand, and competition to optimize sales volume, product mix, and pricing.
• Coordinate with departments to meet customer requirements and develop SOPs for each secured customer.
• Maintain updated sales activities in Salesforce for accurate monthly reporting to management.
• Develop and use marketing collateral effectively, collaborating with marketing and administration teams.

Job Requirements:

• 5 - 8 years relevant working experience in Logistics or Freight Forwarding industry.
• Min. Degree in Marketing, Sales or equivalent.
• Proven experience in business development and strategic account Management.
