What you'll be doing?

• Develop strategies: Create and implement long-term plans to increase market share in existing and new markets.
• Conduct market research: Analyze competitors and identify marketing opportunities to support business growth.
• Build relationships: Establish and maintain excellent connections with new and existing customers.
• Generate business insights: Evaluate business opportunities and grow relationships with new clients.
• Create marketing strategies: Develop innovative approaches to acquire new clients and retain existing ones.
• Network and lead generation: Participate in industry events to expand your professional network and generate leads.
• Craft winning proposals: Contribute to tender submissions and develop compelling proposals for external parties.
• Develop marketing materials: Create brochures, presentations, and other communication tools for internal and external use.
• Monitor risks: Identify and assess potential risks across the company to ensure business continuity.

• MICE industry experience: 2-4 years of sales experience with a proven track record in the MICE industry.
