[Competitive Games Center] Business Development Manager, IP Licensing

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct information mining, gathering and collection based on the company's game IP situation, screen and establish a resource library for IP licensing cooperation and ensure it's continuous maintenance. This includes various resources such as brand partners, channels (both online and offline), and influential market resources.
  • Develop IP authorization clients based on the company's IP authorization plan, engage in various types of IP authorization-related collaborations, and achieve set IP authorization objectives.
  • Summarize and analyze cooperation cases, form a review report, and continuously improve and enhance work performance.
  • Maintain existing partner resources, plan and recommend suitable cooperation resources, engage in communication and negotiation, and eventually achieve collaborative partnerships between game IPs and various partners.

Qualifications:
  • Possess at least 3 years of experience in IP or related business, with a passion for gaming and a good understanding of the gaming market. Candidates with experience in successful animation, comic, or IP projects in business development will be given preference.
  • Strong data collection and analysis skills, with the ability to independently analyze and judge IP market trends.
  • Familiarity with local industry laws and regulations, and a deep understanding of content compliance and partner cooperation practices.
  • Maintain sensitivity to industry-related information, including collecting and understanding industry trends and competitor dynamics, and provide timely feedback and summaries.
  • Prior experience in the IP derivative industry, such as peripheral products and anime products, would be an advantage.
