Responsibilities:

• Maintain consistent engagement with clients and partners in developing robust and sustainable referral relationships.
• Build up ongoing development of new client relationships to ensure a balanced referral source portfolio.
• Provide professional and quality advice to clients on their liquidity planning and insurance needs.
• Achieve annual target of net revenue or an amount agreed upon during the annual review.
• Fulfill full compliance to our internal compliance policies as well as applicable regulatory requirements.
• Submit new business documents timely and accurately.
• Provide quality ongoing service to existing policyholders by conducting annual policy reviews in a timely manner.
• Support other team members in client meetings, medicals and presentations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above from Finance or related discipline
• Strong working experience in business development and/or relationship management experience preferably in the insurance or banking industry.
• Strong relationship development/management, communication and presentation skills.
