Job Scope:

• Communicate with customers regarding import shipment arrangements, provide shipment status updates, and liaise with corporate clients
• Coordinate ongoing import freight with overseas partners and agents
• Prepare import shipment data entry, documentation, and break bulk handling
• Arrange cargo release and import cargo pickup with agents and forwarders
• Follow up with terminals and airlines for shipment clearance and surveys
• Generate monthly reports based on customer requests

Job Requirements:

• \tA minimum of 1 years' experience in customer service
