- Identifies, develops, and retains new business relationship
- Maintains relationship with customers by providing support, information and guidance
- Follow up on sale leads, close sales contracts, invoice and payments
- Canvass and secure new accounts
- Responsible for B2B, B2C sales account management and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Shipping, or a related field.
- At least 2 year of sales experience in Logistics, Transportation, Freight Forwarding, or the Shipping industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
