💼 Salary : Up to $3,800 + Great sales Incentives
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed annual targets.
- Prepare and present competitive cost estimations, quotations, and tender submissions.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through customer visits, market analysis, and industry networking.
- Negotiate with clients on product fit, pricing, and contract terms.
- Ensure smooth coordination between internal teams to meet delivery, quality, and safety standards.
- Gather customer feedback to drive continuous product and service improvement.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor activity, and client needs.
🎓 Requirements:
- Min.Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or related technical field.
- Min. 1 year of experience in sales or technical roles within the elevator and lift industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of elevator/lift systems design, installation, and maintenance.
- Proficient in interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and planning abilities.
- Financial acumen and familiarity with tendering processes.
- Self-motivated with a collaborative and customer-focused mindset.
- Demonstrated leadership and ability to work both independently and in a team.
