General Job Scope:

Responsibilities:

• Attend to walk in customer, must be proactive to promote NPHVA membership
• Approach interested customers who come Grab center to sign up to be a Grab Driver
• Attend to general queries and make roadshow venue neat and presentable
• Ability to read and converse in English is required; As interactions may be in Mandarin, ability to converse in mandarin will be good.
• Be patient and service oriented. Prior customer service experience is a bonus
• Able to work independently and self-motivated to improve membership arrears in NPHVA

Contract Details:

• Contract Period: 3 Months with high likelihood of extension
• Commission

Work Details:

• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: 10am to 6pm
• Lunch Break: 1 hour (1pm to 2pm)
