Entry / JuniorJob Responsibilities
- Attend to customer enquires relating to sales or sales operations via email, phone and whatsapp
- Assist in typing of quotations, invoices and other documents
- Provide general office/administrative duties and assist various departments in the administrative job, such as letters preparation, copying, scanning, filing, data entry, etc
- Handle purchasing of stock/supplies required
- Manage sales enquiry log book paperwork
- Handle office administration matters such as application/renewal of work permits, worker insurance, etc
- Ensure filing of documents are in place according to the Company’s requirements
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company
Requirements
- Minimum NITEC / 'N' Levels & above
- Preferably 1 year of relevant experience. Candidates without relevant experience may be considered
- Fluent command of both written & spoken languages
- Proficiency in Mandarin is a must to communicate with various Mandarin-speaking associates
- Possesses basic to intermediate level for Microsoft Word and Excel applications and email writing
- Meticulous and detailed person
- Hands-on and able to multi-task and handle varied tasks
- Able to work independently

- 5 to 10 mins walk from Ubi MRT Station
- 5.5 day work week. On-site on Mon to Fri, WFH on Sat.
- Working hours: Mon to Fri: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Sat: 9:00 am to 1:00pm
- WFH on Saturday morning mainly to attend to calls from customers/workers
