Sales support specialist

As a Sales Support Specialist, you will work closely with the Regional Sales Managers to assist in the smooth operation of sales and commercial processes. Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the sales team to assist with periodic sales forecasting and planning.
  • Monitor and manage commercial tasks such as price lists, receivables (SOA/LC), and order cycle management.
  • Assist customers in pre-qualifying solutions, ensuring the Diehl Metering brand is approved, and obtaining necessary local certifications. Provide initial techno-commercial support.
  • Support Sales Managers in preparing tenders and commercial proposals.
  • Contribute to the development of the Sales strategy for the region.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • A recent graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Engineering, or someone with a few years of relevant experience in a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Basic knowledge of sales operations, order management, and receivables tracking is an advantage.
  • Able to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external customers.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and efficiently manage tasks.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written), additional language skills are a plus.
