What you'll be doing
Use online platforms or searches to find employers or HR who need to hire foreign workers
Contact the employer or HR by phone or chat tool to inquire and confirm the specific requirements and information for recruiting foreign workers
After reaching a recruitment cooperation with the employer, arrange a remote video interview between the employer and the foreign worker, and provide the employer’s company information to the manager for follow-up questions.
After foreign workers enter the country to work, we remotely arrange the handover between them and their employers, and help coordinate other issues when they arise.
Continue to develop new employers and maintain relationships with old employers on a daily basis

Cheerful and willing to interact with strangers
Need to be proficient in English and able to communicate in Chinese
No age limit, those with relevant human resources business experience are preferred
