Our client company specializes in the trading of oleochemicals and other chemical products. They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the chemical industry, with a focus on the trading of oleochemicals. This role will be pivotal in managing existing sales while also driving new business development efforts to expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and grow existing customer relationships to ensure continued business and sales performance.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to attract new clients and drive business growth.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the oleochemical trading sector.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and new opportunities.
• Develop and present sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to senior management.
• Collaborate with other departments, including supply chain and operations, to align sales goals with company objectives.
• Participate in networking opportunities to increase brand visibility and expand market reach.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the chemical industry and oleochemical products, ensuring a competitive edge in the market.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: 5 to 15 years of experience in sales and marketing within the chemical industry, specifically in the chemical trading sector.
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful sales strategies, with a focus on business development and client retention.
• Strong understanding of the oleochemical market and trading dynamics, particularly in oleochemicals.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong business relationships.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• A degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or a related field is preferred.

Job location: North-South, Singapore
Work week : Mon-Fri
Salary : Upto S$ 10K (open for discussions and negotiable based on experience)
