Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key corporate and maritime clients.
• Identify new business opportunities with existing accounts by collaborating with clients to develop corporate healthcare solutions to meet their evolving needs
• Actively manage and track the end-to-end sales cycleof opportunities from lead generation to deal closing and contracting
• Ensure smooth and timely delivery of commercial projects from deployment planning to on-the-ground execution, working closely with internal teams such as operations, procurement, technology, finance, and HR.
• Support acquisition of new clients by working closely with Chief Corporate Development Officer to engage and cultivate potential accounts.
  
  

Job Requirement

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, sales operations, or a related role, preferably within the healthcare sector
