Our client supplies a full range of products and services related to materials and machineries to diverse industries. Along with the latest information and technology, they also provide proactive proposals and consulting to support their customer's businesses.

Job Description:
- Maintain or enhance some of existing businesses.
- Develop new business with existing and new customers finding out their needs and introduce alternative products.
- Support both customers and suppliers on evaluation of products providing customer's feedback with data to the supplier for suggestions or introduce alternative grade based on the feedback.
- Prepare and review quotations.
- Follow up with customers on payment issues (if any) or any customer feedback.
- Inventory control.
- Source suitable suppliers from various countries (using company subsidiary network).
- Take proactive actions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Submit weekly report on sales activities to Assistant Sales Manager.
- Submit data for budget meeting (every June and December).
- Any other ad hoc suitable duties assigned

Job Requirements:
- At least 5 years of B2B sales working experience
- Experience in raw materials and additives: consumable materials for food processing and/or pharmaceutical industry
- Experienced in international Trading business of various materials is preferred
- Experience and/or knowledge in the materials function and/or R&D development of the materials/additives is a plus point
- Highly motivated and proactive approach to potential business and establish good relationship with customers and suppliers
- Able to travel overseas
- Proficiency in Japanese language is preferable to communicate with Japan HQ, but not a must
- Possess own car is an added advantage

Compensation:
- Working location: Central, Singapore
- Working hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm
- AWS (1.5 months)
- Car allowance $850 (if own a car)
- Transport allowance $100 (for those who do not own a car)
- Medical claim $4,000 annually including $200 for dental claim annually
- Annual leave starting with 14 days, additional 1 day every year (maximum 24 days)
