Key Account Executive (FMCG) - Up to 4.5K / Kallang #HHL

Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the team, set goals, and conduct meetings.
  • Strategy Development: Create strategies to grow key accounts and align them with company goals.
  • Client Management: Build strong relationships with top clients, handle concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Sales Management: Drive sales growth, meet targets, and negotiate contracts.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Reporting: Prepare performance reports and track key metrics.
  • Financial Planning: Manage budgets and ensure profitability.

Requirements:

  • Minimum O Level qualification.
  • Prior retail experience or experience in the FMCG industry.
  • Experience in purchasing is an advantage.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
