- Client Management: Build strong relationships with top clients, handle concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
- Sales Management: Drive sales growth, meet targets, and negotiate contracts.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Reporting: Prepare performance reports and track key metrics.
- Financial Planning: Manage budgets and ensure profitability.
Requirements:
- Minimum O Level qualification.
- Prior retail experience or experience in the FMCG industry.
- Experience in purchasing is an advantage.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
