The Business Development Executive uses a wide range of people-skills and expertise about the company’s services and products, and how each can serve customers and businesses. The Business Development Executives educate clients about Pestbusters' products and services in order to increase sales. He/ she develops relationships in new territories and increases sales by various means.
KEY RESULT AREAS
Operational Excellence
- Maintains a healthy pipeline for all subsidiaries, managing the revenue targets, tracking sales weekly, providing necessary reports internally and externally
- Meets sales targets on services and products to the Sales Team based on the company's financial growth targets
- Reviews and analyzes proposals, agreements, and other matters in relation to pricing and negotiations to close leads, while maintaining a healthy profit margin
- Maintains current client relationships and identifies potential clients
- Develops new sales areas and improves sales through different methods by collaborating with cross-functional teams and departments
- Researches trends and creates new opportunities to increase sales
- Collaborates with other departments to ensure requirements are met, such as sales numbers and profit goals
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Management or Marketing
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Must know how to use and understand the Microsoft and Google Suite of programs
- Must have willingness to go through technical training and comprehension in the Total Care System of Pest Busters Philippines Inc.–Integrated Pest Management, Professional Cleaning, and Environmental Solutions
- Must be adept in relation to contract costing and margin analysis
- Must be able to write, prepare, and analyze contracts in various formats
- Must have good presentation skills, adaptable to the client’s personality and requirements
- Strong prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing skills
- Has market knowledge
- Can present himself/ herself well professionally and able to adjust to the environment
- Interacts well with various personalities and cultures, at different levels, from different industries and can handle social settings at different levels
- Must be willing to go on field as often as needed within the city, and other provinces nationwide
- Must be willing to attend to social gatherings or initiatives to represent the organization
