Sales cum Customer Service Executive (Locum) - Educational Industry -Singaporean

Pre-requiste :

  • Singaporean - no quota for work pass 
  • Must be deployable to other enrichment centre islandwide if in need.
  • Able to work on Saturday and Sunday plus 2 weekdays.
  • Working Hours:  Rotating shifts between 8am-7pm
  • Product and customer system management training will be provided. Sales commission scheme is offered as part of the remuneration package.

Job Requirements and Duties :

  • Must have good command in English both writtem and spoken as need to liaise with Europe/US counterparts and international students.
  • Sales hunter and customer service oreiented.
  • Able to commit 1 extra day of training during 3-month probation

 

  • Achieve excellent sales results on a monthly basis, whilst ensuring a professional and high quality customer experience in all interaction
  • Support cross selling activities to maximise enrollment opportunities
  • Handle the full suite of enrolment activities, including walk–ins, email, calls, WhatsApp, social media interactions, and participation in marketing campaigns such as open houses
  • Provide prompt, relevant and accurate information about the programmes, addressing the needs of prospective parents and their children
  • Accountable for closely following up on all sales leads within the service level agreement to achieve monthly sales targets
  • Coordinate and meet-up with parents pre/post trials, initial lessons and conduct centre tours as requested
  • Maintain positive relationships with parents and their children at our enrichment centres
