Sales Representative (B2B)

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers.
Meet clients satisfaction and loyalty and Identify and address clients needs and concerns
⁠Provide excellent clients support and resolve issues.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective sales and marketing strategies and ensure sales and marketing alignment to drive revenue growth
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, clients interactions, and market feedback
Stay informed on industry trends and collaborate with internal teams.
Review sales performance and identify business opportunities
Initiate, plan, execute and evaluate pre-sales and post-sales promotion
Develop and build up effective relationship with key clients
Work and liaise closely with assigned retailers for sales/promotion activities/pricing and inventory
Monitor and analyze competitors’ activities


Qualifications:

Class 3/3A Driving license required
Minimum GCE 'O' level certificate
1+ years in sales or key account management (B2B preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
