Position Overview:

We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Operations Administrator. This role will support various aspects of business operations, focusing on data analytics, document management, and generating business reports.

The ideal candidate will have a diploma qualification, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and a strong analytical mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize data analytics tools to gather, analyse, and interpret business data to inform decision-making processes.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive business reports, including but not limited to revenue forecasts, contracts, and performance management.
  • Coordinate with A*STAR HQ Shared Services on finance matters and ensure prompt invoicing of accounts.
  • Assist in document management processes, including organising, filing, and retrieving company documents and records.
  • Assist in developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for business operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Provide administrative support to senior management, including event support, scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
  • Diploma holder in a related engineering field or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as pivot tables and macros.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Prior experience in data analysis or business operations is preferred but not required.
