Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Negotiate and close sales promotion deals with clients.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
Keep up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities.
Provide regular reports on sales activities and performance to management.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Monitor customers' credit facilities to ensure prompt payments.
Handle customers' complaints and quality issues as well as solving problems that arise from customers' orders.


Qualifications:

At least a GCE 'O' level certificate
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or Key Account Executive or in a similar sales role
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
Knowledge of sales techniques and principles
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
At least (1) year of Class 3/3A Driving license.
